INFOC ONE is built Singapore-first, with compliance held in the core model as effective-dated data so the same architecture can extend to other jurisdictions over time.
Singapore statutory requirements are first-class features of the core data model, held as effective-dated, verified data rather than hard-coded constants.
How It Works
That single decision is what keeps the platform correct as rates change and lets it extend beyond Singapore over time.
Every government-set value carries an effective-from date, a source, and a review-due date. Lookups are dated to each document's posting date, so a back-dated entry uses the rate that was law then.
Personal data stays in Singapore for cloud customers without explicit consent, sensitive fields are encrypted and access-controlled, and every access is written to an append-only audit trail.
Because compliance lives in the core model as data rather than code, the same architecture can extend to other jurisdictions over time without a rewrite.
